At Studio Ngong we do our best to get your package to you in a timely manner. Production timelines of products vary depending on the vendor. We are very happy to supply you with information in regards to estimated production times when needed.

With today's supply chains and shipping, we are seeing that most items take at least 2 weeks for delivery, and shipping costs have been escalating. If you should need the product faster, please contact us at support@studiongong.com to find out what the possibilities are, as not every product vendor can express ship.

Customs Duties are calculated by the receiving country, and may be applicable depending on which country you are delivering to.
